IT Junior Project Manager

As an IT Junior Project Manager, you will be responsible for assisting with the planning, coordination, and execution of IT projects within the organization. You will work closely with senior project managers to ensure that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. This role will involve creating project plans, tracking project progress, identifying and mitigating risks, and coordinating with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of IT project management principles, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. A degree in IT or a related field is preferred, along with any relevant project management certifications. Responsibilities

• Assist in the planning, scheduling, and coordination of IT projects.
• Monitor project timelines and deliverables to ensure they are met within deadlines.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify project requirements and resources needed.
• Track and report project progress to stakeholders on a regular basis.
• Help identify and mitigate project risks and issues.
• Coordinate project meetings, prepare meeting agendas, and document meeting minutes.
• Assist in the development and maintenance of project documentation, including project plans and status reports.
• Support the project manager in stakeholder communication and expectation management.
• Coordinate testing and quality assurance activities for project deliverables.
• Assist in post-implementation reviews and lessons learned documentation.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
• Project management certification such as Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) or PRINCE2
• Knowledge of project management tools and methodologies
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience working in a technical or IT environment
