We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Hydraulic Workover Snubbing - Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating and overseeing all aspects of hydraulic workover snubbing operations at various job sites. Key responsibilities include planning and organizing snubbing operations, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and procedures, coordinating equipment and personnel, and monitoring project progress to achieve efficiency and quality outcomes. The Coordinator will also be accountable for troubleshooting any technical issues that may arise during operations and providing leadership and guidance to the team. The successful candidate must have a solid understanding of hydraulic workover snubbing techniques, excellent communication and organizational skills, and a strong commitment to safety and quality standards. Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and oversee all operational activities related to hydraulic workover and snubbing operations.
  • Plan and schedule workover and snubbing jobs according to client needs and project timelines.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and best practices during all workover and snubbing operations.
  • Conduct pre-job meetings with the crew and provide clear instructions on job requirements and safety procedures.
  • Monitor job progress and provide technical assistance to the crew when needed.
  • Collaborate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of equipment and materials for workover and snubbing operations.
  • Develop and maintain operational procedures and guidelines for hydraulic workover and snubbing activities.
  • Troubleshoot operational issues and implement solutions to ensure job completion within specified timeframes.
  • Maintain accurate records of job activities, equipment usage, and personnel performance.
  • Provide training and guidance to crew members to enhance their skills and knowledge in hydraulic workover and snubbing techniques.
  • Minimum of Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or relevant field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in hydraulic workover operations, particularly in snubbing services.
  • Proven expertise in coordinating and managing hydraulic workover projects.
  • Valid certifications in snubbing operations and well control.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills to effectively lead a team of technicians and engineers during projects.
