Responsibilities

• Assisting senior technicians with installation, maintenance, and repair of HVAC systems.
• Conducting routine inspections of HVAC equipment to identify and troubleshoot issues.
• Cleaning and replacing air filters to ensure optimal system efficiency.
• Assisting in the calibration of thermostats and other system components.
• Following safety protocols and guidelines while working on HVAC systems.
• Providing excellent customer service while on service calls.
• Keeping accurate records of work performed and parts used.
• Participating in training opportunities to expand knowledge and skills in HVAC systems.
• Adhering to company policies and procedures at all times.
• Communicating effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure efficient workflow.

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Completion of HVAC technical training program or apprenticeship
• EPA 608 certification for handling refrigerants
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
