We are seeking a talented and dynamic individual to join our team as a Human Resources Director for the MENA region, with fluency in both Arabic and English. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all HR activities in the region, including recruitment, training, employee relations, performance management, and compliance. As the HR Director, you will play a key role in developing and implementing HR strategies that align with the company's business objectives. The successful candidate must have a proven track record in a senior HR role, strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a deep understanding of HR best practices in the MENA region. Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy for the MENA region.
  • Oversee and manage the full range of HR functions, including recruitment, performance management, employee relations, and talent development.
  • Lead the development and implementation of policies and procedures to ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations.
  • Drive employee engagement and retention efforts through effective communication and programs.
  • Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues, conducting thorough and objective investigations as needed.
  • Monitor and analyze key HR metrics to identify trends and make recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with leadership to forecast and plan future workforce needs and design talent acquisition strategies.
  • Lead and support diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives to create an inclusive work environment.
  • Provide guidance and coaching to managers on HR-related matters and best practices.
  • Stay updated on HR trends and best practices to ensure the organization remains competitive in attracting and retaining top talent.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Fluency in both Arabic and English languages (written and verbal).
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in HR leadership roles, with a specific focus on the MENA region.
  • Strong understanding of labor laws and regulations in the MENA countries.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment.
