HSE Specialist

We are seeking a committed HSE Specialist to develop, implement, and monitor health, safety, and environmental programs in accordance with company policies and regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate will ensure a safe workplace by conducting risk assessments, training sessions, and inspections. A deep knowledge of HSE practices and a proactive approach to risk management are essential.

Responsibilities:

• Implement and monitor the HSE management system.

• Conduct regular inspections, audits, and risk assessments.

• Develop safety training programs and deliver HSE training sessions.

• Investigate accidents, incidents, and near-misses and recommend corrective actions.

• Ensure compliance with local laws and company policies.

• Maintain up-to-date HSE documentation and records.

• Promote a strong safety culture across the organization.

• Assist in preparing emergency response plans.

• Liaise with regulatory bodies and ensure necessary certifications.

• Generate detailed HSE reports for senior management.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Health, Safety Management, or related field.

• 3–5 years of HSE experience in construction, manufacturing, or industrial sectors.

• Certification in NEBOSH IGC, OSHA, or equivalent.

• In-depth understanding of local and international HSE regulations.

• Excellent organizational and report-writing skills.

• Ability to conduct training and safety awareness programs.

• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.

• Good communication and leadership skills.
