HSE Inspector (Welfare)

JOB PURPOSE:

Coordinate and supervise site HSE and Welfare inspection and assurance process to ensure that all HSE and Welfare rules and regulations and procedures are implemented and adhered to in accordance with the Company Policy and client codes of practices. This includes enhancement of training programs, personnel awareness of safety and welfare, environmental protection and investigate and report all industrial accidents and malfunction of safety equipment. The role is also to take an active role in process safety barriers assurance and reinforcement.

QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS:

Minimum Qualification

·         Bachelor Degree in Science / Engineering or Equivalent

·         NEBOSH HSE Certification or Diploma.

Minimum Experience

·         6 – 8 years of experience in HSE in the Oil & Gas or Petrochemical Industry

Knowledge & Skills

·         Good interpersonal and coordination skills

·         Effective communication skills.

·         Good attention to detail, analytical, and decision-making ability.

·         Valid UAE Driving Licence.
