We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced HR Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in human resource management and employee relations. Responsibilities include overseeing all aspects of human resources, from recruitment and onboarding to performance management and employee development. The HR Manager will also be responsible for ensuring compliance with all labor laws and regulations, as well as developing and implementing HR policies and procedures. The successful candidate will possess strong interpersonal and communication skills, as well as the ability to work effectively with a diverse workforce. A bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field is required, along with at least 5 years of relevant HR experience. A certification in HR management is a plus. Responsibilities

  • Overseeing the recruitment process including job posting, candidate sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Developing and implementing HR policies and procedures in compliance with national and international labor laws.
  • Managing employee relations issues by facilitating conflict resolution and disciplinary actions when necessary.
  • Providing guidance and support to employees on HR-related matters including benefits, compensation, and performance reviews.
  • Conducting training programs for employees on topics such as diversity, sexual harassment prevention, and leadership development.
  • Managing the payroll and benefits administration processes to ensure accurate and timely payments to employees.
  • Collaborating with department managers to identify staffing needs and develop strategic workforce planning.
  • Monitoring and analyzing HR metrics to identify trends and make recommendations for improvement.
  • Supporting organizational culture initiatives such as diversity and inclusion efforts, employee engagement programs, and performance management systems.
  • Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations and promoting a safe work environment for all employees.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Previous experience in HR roles, with at least 3-5 years of experience.
  • Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Certification in Human Resources (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) preferred.
