Job Description

The HR Manager plays a vital role in overseeing all aspects of human resources functions within an organization. Responsibilities include recruiting, hiring, and onboarding new employees, managing performance reviews, administering benefits and compensation, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations. The HR Manager also implements and maintains HR policies and procedures, resolves employee relations issues, and provides guidance and support to management and staff on various HR-related matters. This position requires strong interpersonal and communication skills, as well as the ability to handle confidential information with discretion. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field, along with several years of experience in HR management.


Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
  • Manage the recruitment and onboarding process, including interviewing, selection, and orientation of new employees
  • Oversee employee relations, including addressing grievances, conflicts, and disciplinary actions
  • Monitor and report on workforce and succession planning
  • Manage performance evaluation processes and training and development programs
  • Ensure compliance with labor regulations and HR policies
  • Manage compensation and benefits programs, including salary benchmarking and payroll administration
  • Handle employee welfare programs and initiatives to promote employee well-being
  • Conduct regular HR audits to assess and improve HR operations
  • Collaborate with senior management to drive a positive organizational culture and employee engagement.


Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Previous experience in HR roles, with a minimum of 3-5 years in a managerial position.
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to lead and manage a team effectively.
