Job Description

The HR Manager is a key role within the organization responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources functions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR operations, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, and compliance. The HR Manager will work closely with senior leadership to develop and implement HR strategies that support the overall goals of the organization. In addition, the HR Manager will be responsible for driving employee engagement initiatives, fostering a positive and inclusive work environment, and ensuring that the organization remains in compliance with all relevant labor laws and regulations. The successful candidate will possess excellent communication skills, strong leadership abilities, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. A minimum of 5 years of HR management experience and a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field is required for this position.


Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
  • Oversee recruitment and selection process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Manage employee relations, including resolving conflicts, conducting investigations, and handling disciplinary actions.
  • Administer compensation and benefits programs, ensuring compliance with legal requirements.
  • Develop and implement training and development programs for employees to enhance their skills and performance.
  • Monitor and report on HR metrics, such as employee turnover and engagement levels.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations at all levels.
  • Manage performance appraisal process and provide guidance and support to managers and employees.
  • Conduct organizational effectiveness assessments and make recommendations for improvement.
  • Lead and support HR team members, providing guidance, coaching, and mentoring as needed.

  • Qualifications for the HR Manager role:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Previous experience in HR roles, with a minimum of 5 years in a managerial position.
  • Strong understanding of employment laws and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Certification such as PHR or SPHR preferred.
