Job Description

The HR Generalist is responsible for managing all aspects of the HR function within the organization. This includes recruitment and selection, performance management, employee relations, compensation and benefits, training and development, and HR policy development. The HR Generalist plays a key role in supporting the overall HR strategy and ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations.


Responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and making job offers.
  • Develop and implement performance management systems to ensure employees are meeting their goals and objectives.
  • Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on employee relations issues, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions.
  • Administer employee benefits programs, such as health insurance and retirement plans, and ensure employees are aware of and understand their benefits.
  • Develop and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and performance.
  • Review and update HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personnel files and HRIS data.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in HR, and make recommendations for improvement.


Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience as an HR Generalist or in a similar role.
  • Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information and maintain a high level of professionalism.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
