Job Description

The HR Executive is responsible for managing various human resource functions, including recruitment, employee relations, payroll processing, training, and compliance with labor laws. This role requires a strategic thinker who can support business goals by developing and implementing HR policies that foster a positive work environment. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of HR best practices, and the ability to handle sensitive employee matters with professionalism and discretion.


Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing candidates to onboarding new hires.

  • Maintain and update HR policies in compliance with labor laws and company objectives.

  • Handle employee relations, addressing concerns and resolving workplace conflicts professionally.

  • Support performance management by coordinating appraisals and feedback sessions.

  • Manage employee benefits programs, payroll processing, and leave administration.

  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and industry regulations to minimize legal risks.

  • Conduct training and development programs to enhance employee skills and productivity.

  • Develop and implement employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive workplace culture.

  • Maintain accurate HR records, including employee contracts, personal files, and attendance.

  • Assist in workforce planning and HR strategy development to align with business goals.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Proven experience in an HR role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.

  • Strong knowledge of labor laws, HR policies, and best practices.

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to engage with employees at all levels.

  • Proficiency in HR software and the Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.

  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

  • Experience in recruitment and talent acquisition is highly desirable.
