We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for various HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, and compliance. The HR Executive will assist in developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives to support the overall business objectives. This role requires effective communication and interpersonal skills to foster positive relationships with employees at all levels. The candidate should have a solid understanding of HR best practices and applicable laws and regulations. A bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field is preferred along with proven experience in HR roles. Responsibilities

  • Implement and manage HR policies and procedures within the organization.
  • Assist with recruitment and onboarding processes, including drafting job descriptions and conducting interviews.
  • Coordinate employee training and development programs.
  • Handle employee relations issues and provide guidance on conflict resolution.
  • Manage employee benefits and payroll administration.
  • Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
  • Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to employees and managers.
  • Monitor and report on HR metrics such as employee turnover and retention rates.
  • Assist with HR projects and initiatives to improve organizational efficiency and employee satisfaction.
  • Stay current on HR trends and best practices to make recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
  • Strong understanding of HR principles, policies, and practices.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Prior experience in HR roles preferred.
