HR Executive

We are an Oil & Gas Engineering company based in UAE and we are looking for a HR Executive with Dubai & Abu Dhabi experience who can work with us!

Job description:

1. Recruitment and Onboarding:

Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop job descriptions.

Coordinate and facilitate the onboarding process for new employees.

2. HR Administration:

Maintain and update employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.

Handle day to day HR administrative tasks and documentation.

3. Employee Relations:

Address and resolve employee queries and concerns.

Foster a positive work environment through effective communication and conflict resolution.

4. Performance Management:

Support the performance appraisal process, ensuring timely completion and accurate documentation.

Provide guidance to employees and managers on performance related matters.

Contribute to the identification of training and development needs.

5. Compliance and Policy Implementation

Stay informed about labor laws and HR best practices.

Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.

Ensure compliance with legal requirements and company policies.

6. Training and Development:

Coordinate training sessions and workshops.

Facilitate employee development initiatives and programs.
