Job Description

The HR Coordinator provides administrative support to the HR department and assists with various HR functions. This includes coordinating recruitment activities, maintaining employee records, processing HR-related documents, and assisting with employee onboarding and offboarding. The HR Coordinator also handles general HR inquiries and ensures compliance with company policies and regulations.


Responsibilities

  • Assist with recruitment activities, such as scheduling interviews and coordinating candidate assessments.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in HRIS system.
  • Process HR-related documents, such as employment contracts and status change forms.
  • Support the onboarding and offboarding process, including preparing new hire paperwork and conducting exit interviews.
  • Assist with employee benefits administration, such as enrollment and claims processing.
  • Respond to general HR inquiries and provide information to employees regarding HR policies and procedures.
  • Coordinate employee training and development programs.
  • Assist with performance management processes, including performance appraisal administration and record-keeping.
  • Support HR team with various projects and initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
  • Previous experience in HR coordination or administration.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and HRIS systems.
  • Familiarity with employment laws and regulations.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
  • Strong customer service orientation and ability to work in a team environment.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and demands.
