Job Description
- Execute carpentry and related work to the highest professional standards throughout the entire complex, ensuring everything is in top condition 🛠️🔨.
- Administer the Accommodation Office, handling all administrative tasks to keep operations running smoothly 🗂️📋.
- Oversee the daily cleaning of public areas and address any housing issues, inquiries, or complaints with contractors and suppliers 🧹🏢.
- Follow up on housing maintenance requests to ensure timely and effective resolutions 🔧🔄.
- Attend the regular accommodation inspections to ensure compliance with hygiene and safety regulations 🔍🛏️.
- Escort employees to and from the airport as needed and provide a comprehensive orientation on accommodation rules and policies ✈️🗺️.
- Manage stock and order supplies to maintain all necessary items 📦🛒.
- Plan and coordinate accommodation assignments based on nationality, gender, position, and arrival date, ensuring fair allocation 🏠📅.
- Maintain a safe environment, address any policy or legal violations, and provide feedback to the People & Culture Manager 🚨🛡️.
