Housekeeping - Team leader (Female)

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Housekeeping Team Leader (Female) to oversee and coordinate housekeeping operations, ensuring high standards of cleanliness and hygiene. The ideal candidate will have leadership skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage a team effectively.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise housekeeping staff and ensure assigned tasks are completed efficiently.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in guest rooms, public areas, and facilities.
• Train and mentor housekeeping staff to uphold quality and service standards.
• Conduct inspections to ensure rooms and public spaces meet company standards.
• Assign daily tasks and schedules to housekeeping team members.
• Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and request replenishments as needed.
• Address guest requests and concerns promptly and professionally.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Housekeeping Team Leader or in a similar role.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and multitask effectively.
• Good communication skill
• Knowledge of housekeeping procedures, cleaning techniques, and equipment.
• Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
