Homecare Registered Nurse (Female)

The Homecare Registered Nurse (Female) is responsible for delivering high-quality, patient-centered care within a home setting. This role involves assessing patient needs, administering treatments, managing chronic conditions, and providing health education to patients and their families. Working closely with physicians and care coordinators, the nurse ensures that all care is delivered in compliance with UAE healthcare regulations and homecare standards, with a strong focus on patient dignity, comfort, and safety.

Responsibilities:

• Providing nursing care including wound management, medication administration, and vital signs monitoring in patients’ homes.

• Conducting regular health assessments and developing individualized care plans in consultation with physicians.

• Managing chronic diseases, post-operative recovery, elderly care, and palliative care as required.

• Educating patients and their families on treatment plans, medication usage, and lifestyle modifications.

• Monitoring patient progress and reporting any changes in condition to the supervising medical team.

• Maintaining accurate documentation of patient care, assessments, and treatment updates.

• Ensuring compliance with infection control protocols and homecare safety guidelines.

• Coordinating with homecare support staff and other healthcare professionals for integrated care delivery.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing from an accredited institution.

• Valid  license or eligibility as a Registered Nurse in the UAE.

• Minimum of 2–4 years of nursing experience, with at least 1 year in a homecare or community health setting.

• Strong clinical skills with experience in elderly care, chronic disease management, and patient education.

• Compassionate, patient-focused attitude with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

• Fluency in English is required; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.

• Willingness to travel to various patient locations and work flexible hours, including weekends if needed.
