Homecare Registered Nurse (Female)

We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Female Homecare Registered Nurse to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide personalized and quality healthcare services to patients in the comfort of their own homes. Responsibilities include assessing patients' conditions, developing care plans, administering treatments, and monitoring their progress. Responsibilities

• Provide skilled nursing care to patients in their homes according to individualized care plans.
• Perform physical assessments and monitor vital signs to evaluate patient health status.
• Administer medications, treatments, and IV therapy as prescribed by the physician.
• Educate patients and their families on managing their medical conditions and promoting wellness.
• Coordinate care with other healthcare providers and community resources to ensure comprehensive support for patients.
• Document accurate and timely patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes.
• Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to discuss patient progress and care planning.
• Adhere to all regulatory requirements and professional standards of nursing practice.
• Provide emotional support and compassionate care to patients and their families.
• Continuously assess and reassess patient needs to provide high-quality, patient-centered care.

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing or equivalent qualification
• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Previous experience in home care nursing preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and demonstrate compassion and empathy
