Homecare Registered Nurse (Female)

We are currently seeking a compassionate and experienced Female Homecare Registered Nurse to join our team. As a Homecare RN, you will collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to create individual care plans, administer medications, perform various treatments, and educate patients and their families on proper healthcare techniques. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential, as you will be building rapport with patients and providing emotional support. Additionally, the candidate must be detail-oriented, organized, and able to work independently. A valid RN license and previous experience in homecare nursing are required. Responsibilities

• Conduct initial assessments and ongoing evaluations of patients requiring homecare services.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with the patient, their family, and the healthcare team.

• Educate patients and caregivers on disease management, self-care techniques, and medication instructions.

• Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to discuss patient care plans and outcomes.

• Stay up to date on current nursing practices, regulations, and best practices in homecare nursing.
