Job Type: Full-time (12-hour shifts, 5 days a week)

Job Description: We are seeking a skilled and dedicated DOH Homecare Nurse to join our team. In this role, you will provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in their homes, ensuring their comfort and well-being.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess and monitor patients' health conditions

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed

• Provide wound care, IV therapy, and other nursing procedures

• Educate patients and their families on healthcare management and prevention

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement care plans

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records

Requirements:

• DOH license as a Registered Nurse

• Previous experience in homecare or a related field is preferred

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Strong clinical and critical thinking abilities

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
