We are seeking a dedicated Healthcare Nutrition Specialist to join our team and enhance the well-being of our patients through personalized nutrition plans and counseling. In this role, you will be responsible for assessing individual nutritional needs, developing and implementing diet plans tailored to specific health conditions or goals, and monitoring the progress of patients. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in nutrition science, understanding of medical diagnoses, and excellent communication skills to educate and motivate patients towards healthier lifestyle choices. A degree in Nutrition, Dietetics, or related field, along with relevant certifications and licenses, is required. Responsibilities

  • Develop personalized nutrition plans for patients based on their medical conditions, dietary preferences, and lifestyle factors.
  • Conduct nutritional assessments and monitor patients' progress to ensure optimal health outcomes.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals, such as physicians and dietitians, to provide comprehensive care to patients.
  • Educate patients on the importance of nutrition in managing chronic diseases and promoting overall well-being.
  • Stay updated on the latest research and trends in nutrition science to provide evidence-based recommendations.
  • Manage and document patients' nutritional information and progress accurately in electronic health records.
  • Conduct group nutrition education sessions and workshops for individuals or communities.
  • Stay compliant with regulatory requirements and ethical standards in healthcare practice.
  • Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to discuss patient care plans and make recommendations as needed.
  • Continuously evaluate and adjust nutrition interventions based on patients' responses and goals.

  • Bachelor's degree in Nutritional Science, Dietetics, Public Health, or related field.
  • Certification as a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN).
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in healthcare nutrition or clinical dietetics.
  • Strong knowledge of dietary principles, nutritional assessment, and counseling techniques.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
