Head of Creative

The Head of Creative leads the vision, development, and execution of all creative outputs across branding, advertising, and content creation. This UAE-based role involves managing a multidisciplinary team of designers, writers, and multimedia specialists to deliver innovative campaigns and visual assets that align with business goals. The ideal candidate brings strategic thinking, exceptional design sensibility, and strong leadership skills.

Responsibilities:

• Leading and mentoring the creative team to deliver high-quality campaigns and brand experiences.

• Collaborating with marketing, product, and leadership teams to translate strategic goals into creative solutions.

• Overseeing the conceptualization and execution of branding, digital, print, and video content.

• Ensuring brand consistency and visual identity across all channels and platforms.

• Managing project timelines, resources, and external creative partners or agencies.

• Staying current with industry trends, tools, and best practices in design and marketing.

• Reviewing and approving all creative deliverables before publication or launch.

• Driving creative innovation to differentiate the brand in competitive markets.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related creative discipline.

• 8+ years of experience in creative direction or similar roles, with at least 3 years in a leadership capacity.

• Strong portfolio showcasing diverse creative work across media and platforms.

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and other design software.

• Deep understanding of digital marketing, branding, and content strategy.

• Excellent communication, team management, and presentation skills.

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
