The Coordinator also coordinates guest reservations, check-ins, and check-outs, managing any necessary adjustments or changes. They maintain accurate guest records and provide information about local attractions and amenities.

Responsibilities

• Respond to guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally.
• Provide information and assistance regarding reservations, check-ins, and check-outs.
• Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to address guest needs and requests.
• Handle adjustments or changes to reservations, while ensuring guest satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date guest records and profiles.
• Provide information about local attractions, amenities, and services.
• Assist with planning and coordinating special events or requests.
• Remain knowledgeable about hotel policies, services, and standards.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in the hospitality industry.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
• Proficient in using computer systems and hotel management software.
