Guest Service Representative

Guest Service Representatives are responsible for providing exceptional customer service to hotel guests. They assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures, answer inquiries, and resolve any issues or complaints. Guest Service Representatives provide information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions. They also handle reservations, process payments, and maintain guest records. Fluency in both Arabic and English is required to effectively communicate with diverse guests.
