Job Description

As a Guest Experience Expert at our Front Office, you will be the face of our establishment, responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience for all guests. Your primary duties will include greeting and checking in guests, answering inquiries, providing information about services and amenities, handling reservations, and addressing any guest concerns or issues. You will also be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized front desk area, processing payments, and assisting with guest requests. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be highly organized and detail-oriented, and have a strong ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. A positive attitude, a passion for hospitality, and a commitment to delivering outstanding service are essential for success in this role.


Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome guests upon arrival, ensuring a personalized and positive first impression.
  • Handle guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently, ensuring accurate billing and payment processing.
  • Respond to guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally.
  • Provide information to guests about hotel facilities, local attractions, and dining options.
  • Coordinate with other hotel departments to ensure guest requests and preferences are met.
  • Maintain a clean and organized front desk and lobby area.
  • Assist in managing reservations and room assignments to optimize occupancy and revenue.
  • Follow hotel policies and procedures to ensure guest satisfaction and safety.
  • Collaborate with the housekeeping team to ensure rooms are ready for guest check-in.
  • Upsell hotel services and amenities to enhance the guest experience and maximize revenue.

  • - High school diploma or equivalent - Proven experience in a customer service role - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Proficiency in using computer systems and office software - Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
