Job Description
The Guest Experience Expert, also known as the Front Desk Agent, is responsible for providing exceptional customer service to guests during their stay. This includes handling guest check-ins and check-outs, responding to inquiries and requests, and ensuring a positive and memorable experience for all guests.
Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests in a warm and friendly manner.
- Handle guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently and accurately.
- Provide information and assistance to guests regarding hotel facilities and services.
- Respond to guest inquiries and requests promptly and professionally.
- Process guest payments in accordance with established procedures.
- Ensure accurate and complete guest records are maintained.
- Resolve guest complaints and issues, escalating as necessary to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Coordinate with other hotel departments to fulfill guest requests and preferences.
- Promote and upsell hotel amenities and services to enhance guest experience.
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
- Proficient in using computer systems and hotel reservation software.
