We are seeking a highly skilled Front Desk Manager who is fluent in Arabic to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate must have exceptional communication skills in both Arabic and English, as well as strong organizational abilities. As a Front Desk Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the front desk, managing guest inquiries and requests, and ensuring a seamless check-in and check-out process. Additionally, you will be expected to maintain a professional and welcoming atmosphere for all guests, handle any issues or complaints effectively, and collaborate with various teams to ensure excellent customer service. Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome guests in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Manage all front desk operations including check-ins, check-outs, and room assignments.
  • Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints proficiently in Arabic and English.
  • Answer and manage incoming calls in a timely and courteous manner.
  • Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance staff to ensure rooms are clean and well-maintained.
  • Maintain accurate guest records and ensure confidentiality of sensitive information.
  • Assist guests with luggage and provide information about hotel services and amenities.
  • Oversee reservation and booking procedures, ensuring accurate information and efficient processes.
  • Train and supervise front desk staff to uphold high standards of customer service and professionalism.
  • Ensure compliance with hotel policies and procedures, as well as health and safety regulations.

  • Fluent in Arabic language (written and spoken)
  • Previous experience in front desk management or customer service
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong problem-solving abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and basic computer skills
