Job Description

The Freight Forwarding Sales Executive will be responsible for generating new business opportunities in the freight forwarding industry. They will develop and maintain relationships with clients, negotiate contracts, and meet sales targets.


Responsibilities

  • Identify potential clients and business opportunities in the freight forwarding market.
  • Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitors' activities.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations to potential clients.
  • Negotiate contracts and pricing terms with clients.
  • Collaborate with the operations team to ensure smooth service delivery.
  • Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales targets.
  • Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts.


Requirements

  • Proven experience in sales within the freight forwarding industry.
  • Knowledge of the logistics and transportation industry.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
  • Goal-oriented and results-driven.
