Job Description
A Food Scientist is responsible for developing and improving food products, ensuring their nutritional value, safety, and quality. They research and test ingredients, develop food processing techniques, and collaborate with production teams. They also analyze food composition and packaging to meet industry standards and regulations. They often work in labs, kitchens, or manufacturing facilities.
Responsibilities

- Ensure food safety and quality by implementing appropriate processes.

- Monitor and analyze market trends and consumer preferences.
- Conduct shelf-life studies to determine product stability.
- Stay updated with the latest food science advancements and regulations.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Completion of a formal training program for railroad engineers.
- Valid driver's license with a good driving record.
- Ability to pass required background checks and drug tests.
- Strong communication and decision-making skills.
