Food and Beverage Supervisor

We are looking for a Food and Beverage Supervisor to oversee daily operations, ensure excellent customer service, and maintain high-quality food and beverage standards. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, a passion for hospitality, and the ability to manage a team effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily food and beverage operations to ensure quality service and customer satisfaction.
• Train, mentor, and manage F&B staff, ensuring adherence to company policies and hospitality standards.
• Monitor inventory levels, order supplies, and control food and beverage costs.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including hygiene and sanitation standards.
• Handle customer complaints and special requests in a professional manner.
• Work closely with the kitchen and bar staff to maintain a smooth workflow.
• Assist in menu planning, promotions, and special events to enhance guest experiences.
• Conduct staff performance evaluations and provide feedback for improvement.
• Ensure proper cash handling and billing procedures.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Food and Beverage Supervisor or in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of F&B operations, hospitality standards, and customer service.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of inventory management and cost control.
• Familiarity with POS systems and billing procedures.
• Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
