The Fleet Sales Manager is responsible for developing and managing the fleet sales division, ensuring revenue growth, and maintaining strong relationships with corporate clients and fleet buyers. This role involves identifying new business opportunities, negotiating contracts, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in automotive sales, fleet management, and strategic business development.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement fleet sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
Identify and approach potential corporate clients, leasing companies, and government agencies for fleet sales.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients to ensure long-term business partnerships.
Prepare and present fleet sales proposals, tenders, and contracts to clients.
Negotiate pricing, terms, and conditions to secure profitable fleet deals.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional campaigns and lead-generation strategies.
Work closely with the after-sales team to ensure excellent customer service and support for fleet clients.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify new business opportunities.
Provide regular sales reports, forecasts, and market insights to senior management.
Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and legal requirements in fleet sales transactions.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
Proven experience in fleet sales or corporate automotive sales, preferably in a managerial role.
Strong understanding of the automotive industry, fleet management, and leasing solutions.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel as required.
