Finance Manager

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Finance Manager to oversee the financial health of our organization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for financial planning, budgeting, reporting, and risk management to ensure efficient financial operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement financial strategies, policies, and procedures.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
• Prepare and analyze financial reports, statements, and projections.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and financial laws.
• Monitor and manage cash flow, expenses, and financial risks.
• Supervise and mentor finance and accounting teams.
• Coordinate with external auditors, tax consultants, and regulatory authorities.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and financial efficiencies.
• Provide financial insights and recommendations to senior management for strategic decision-making.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (Master’s or CPA/CFA is a plus).
• Proven experience as a Finance Manager or in a similar financial leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of financial principles, accounting standards (IFRS/GAAP), and tax regulations.
• Proficiency in financial management software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
