Finance Manager

Our company is seeking an experienced Finance Manager to join our team. This is a key role within our organization and we are looking for a highly motivated individual with a passion for finance and a proven track record of success. The Finance Manager will be responsible for overseeing all financial operations and providing strategic financial guidance to the company. The ideal candidate will have excellent analytical skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement financial strategies to support the company's goals and objectives

- Monitor and analyze financial performance and provide regular reports to senior management

- Lead the annual budgeting process and provide regular updates and forecasts

- Oversee all financial transactions, such as accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations

- Identify opportunities for cost reduction and implement efficient financial processes and procedures

- Prepare and present financial statements and reports to stakeholders

- Manage the company's cash flow, ensuring adequate liquidity for day-to-day operations and long-term investments

- Collaborate with other departments to ensure financial data is accurate and relevant for decision-making

- Develop and maintain relationships with external stakeholders, including banks, auditors, and investors

- Mentor and train junior finance team members to ensure the overall effectiveness of the finance department

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field

- Proven experience (5 years) in a finance management role, preferably within a similar industry

- Excellent knowledge of financial regulations, accounting principles, and financial analysis

- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams

- Advanced computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial software

- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy and efficiency

- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment

- CPA or CFA certification is preferred, but not required

- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
