Job Description

The Finance Manager plays a crucial role in overseeing the financial health of the organization by managing financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis. Responsibilities include developing strategies to optimize the company's financial performance, ensuring compliance with financial regulations, and collaborating with the executive team to make informed business decisions. Responsibilities

  • Oversee the financial operations of the company, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
  • Provide financial reports to senior management, highlighting key performance metrics and financial results.
  • Manage the preparation of financial statements in compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to ensure ongoing financial stability and compliance.
  • Monitor cash flow and working capital to optimize financial resources and enhance liquidity.
  • Lead the annual budgeting process, working closely with department heads to develop accurate and achievable budgets.
  • Conduct regular financial reviews and variance analysis to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Manage relationships with external stakeholders, such as auditors, tax authorities, and financial institutions.
  • Provide strategic financial advice and recommendations to support business decision-making and growth initiatives.
  • Stay current with industry trends and best practices in finance and accounting to drive continuous improvement in financial management processes.


Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field required.
  • Professional certification such as CPA (Certified Public Accountant) or CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst) preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial management or related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in financial software and advanced Excel skills required.
