Job Description
The Financial Manager oversees the financial operations of an organization, ensuring compliance with financial policies and regulations. They develop budgets, provide financial forecasting, and analyze financial statements to make strategic decisions. The Financial Manager also manages cash flow, prepares financial reports, and works closely with internal and external stakeholders to achieve financial goals.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement financial strategies and plans.
- Monitor and analyze financial performance, identifying areas for improvement.
- Manage cash flow, ensuring availability of funds for day-to-day operations.
- Prepare financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
- Provide financial forecasts and projections.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop budgets and track expenses.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and reporting requirements.
- Assess financial risks and develop risk management strategies.
- Conduct financial analysis to support strategic decision-making.
- Establish and maintain relationships with financial institutions and investors.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.
- Proven experience in financial management.
- Strong knowledge of financial regulations and reporting requirements.
- Proficient in financial analysis software and MS Office suite.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
