Job Description

We are seeking a meticulous and dynamic Finance Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting with financial tasks such as bookkeeping, processing invoices, reconciling accounts, and preparing financial reports. The Finance Assistant will work closely with the Finance team to support daily operations and ensure financial accuracy within the organization. Key responsibilities include maintaining financial records, conducting data entry, and assisting in budgeting processes. The successful candidate will have a strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and proficiency in financial software. Responsibilities

  • Processing and recording financial transactions accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Reconciling bank statements and financial data to ensure accuracy and integrity of records.
  • Assisting with the preparation of financial reports, budgets, and forecasts.
  • Maintaining financial records, including invoices, receipts, and payments.
  • Handling accounts payable and accounts receivable procedures.
  • Assisting with the preparation and coordination of audits.
  • Supporting financial analysis and financial decision-making processes.
  • Monitoring and analyzing financial data to identify discrepancies or inconsistencies.
  • Assisting with payroll processing and employee expense reports.
  • Providing general administrative support to the finance department as needed.
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
  • Strong knowledge of financial principles and procedures.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other financial software programs.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Previous experience in a finance or accounting role is preferred.
