Job Description

The Field Sales Executive is responsible for promoting and selling the organization's products or services in designated territories. They will be required to build and maintain relationships with customers, identify sales opportunities, and achieve sales targets. The role involves conducting product demonstrations, negotiating contracts, and providing after-sales support. The Field Sales Executive will also be responsible for gathering market intelligence and providing feedback to the sales team.


Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve targets.
  • Identify and engage with potential customers to generate sales leads.
  • Build and maintain relationships with existing and new customers.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and present solutions to customers.
  • Negotiate contracts and terms of sales agreements.
  • Provide after-sales support and address customer inquiries and complaints.
  • Monitor market trends and competitors' activities.
  • Prepare and submit sales reports and forecasts.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Stay updated with product knowledge and industry developments.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree is a plus.
  • Proven experience in sales or related role.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to build rapport and maintain strong customer relationships.
  • Self-motivated and target-driven approach.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficient in using sales software and other relevant tools.
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel.
