Job Description
The Field Sales Executive is responsible for meeting sales targets and generating new business opportunities for the company. They will be required to develop and maintain relationships with clients, conduct sales presentations, and negotiate contracts. The Field Sales Executive should have excellent communication and negotiation skills, as well as the ability to work independently and achieve targets.
Responsibilities
- Identify and establish contact with potential customers and develop a sales pipeline.
- Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients.
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable solutions.
- Negotiate and finalize sales contracts, ensuring they are profitable for the company.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to encourage repeat business.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and timely delivery of solutions.
- Stay updated with industry trends, competitors, and market conditions.
- Achieve sales targets and meet assigned quotas.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in a field sales role.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
