Female Swimming Instructor

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Female Swimming Instructor to join our aquatic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in swimming and water safety, with certifications in lifeguarding and CPR. As a Swimming Instructor, you will be responsible for providing high-quality instruction to swimmers of all ages and skill levels. Duties include planning and conducting swim lessons, evaluating swimmers' progress, and ensuring a safe and positive learning environment. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, patience, and the ability to motivate and inspire others in the water. Responsibilities

• Instructing and demonstrating proper swimming techniques to female students of varying skill levels and abilities.
• Ensuring the safety and well-being of all female students in and around the swimming pool area.
• Developing lesson plans and swimming programs tailored to the needs and goals of individual female students.
• Monitoring and evaluating the progress of female students, providing feedback for improvement as needed.
• Promoting a positive and inclusive learning environment for female students of all ages.
• Enforcing pool rules and regulations to maintain a safe and organized swimming environment.
• Providing guidance and assistance to female students in overcoming any fears or challenges related to swimming.
• Communicating effectively with female students, parents, and colleagues to address any concerns or issues that may arise.
• Participating in staff meetings, training sessions, and professional development opportunities to enhance teaching skills and knowledge.
• Maintaining accurate records of attendance, progress reports, and certifications for female students.

• Must be a certified lifeguard.
• Valid certification in CPR and First Aid.
• Previous experience in teaching swimming lessons preferred.
• Strong swimming skills and ability to instruct a variety of swimming levels.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills when working with students.
