Job Description
The Executive Banking Relationship Manager is responsible for managing and developing relationships with high-net-worth individuals and corporate clients. They will provide financial advice and solutions tailored to meet the specific needs and goals of clients. This role requires a strong understanding of banking products and services, as well as the ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Responsibilities
- Develop and manage relationships with high-net-worth individuals and corporate accounts.
- Provide personalized financial advice and solutions to clients.
- Identify opportunities to cross-sell and upsell banking products and services.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure timely and efficient delivery of services to clients.
- Stay current on market trends and industry developments to provide clients with up-to-date information.
- Monitor client portfolios and proactively address any issues or concerns.
- Conduct regular client meetings to review performance and discuss opportunities for growth.
- Prepare and present reports on portfolio performance and client satisfaction.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in banking or financial services.
- Proven track record of building and managing client relationships.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
