Job Description

An Electrical Estimation Engineer is responsible for accurately estimating the cost of electrical projects, including labor, materials, and equipment. They must have a strong understanding of electrical systems and be able to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings. This role requires excellent attention to detail and the ability to work under tight deadlines.


Responsibilities

  • Prepare cost estimates for electrical projects
  • Review project specifications and blueprints
  • Collaborate with project managers and engineers
  • Analyze labor, material, and equipment costs
  • Develop accurate and competitive bids
  • Monitor project budgets and costs


Candidate Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
  • Proven experience in estimating electrical projects
  • Strong analytical and mathematical skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and estimating software
