Electrical and Instrumentation Supervisor

We are hiring an Electrical and Instrumentation Supervisor to oversee the installation, testing, and maintenance of electrical systems and instrumentation in industrial and construction environments. The role involves managing teams, ensuring safety compliance, and coordinating with engineering teams to meet project milestones and specifications. Strong leadership and technical expertise are essential.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise E&I activities on site and ensure quality standards.

• Plan daily tasks, allocate resources, and monitor performance.

• Inspect and test electrical installations and control systems.

• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and procedures.

• Collaborate with project engineers to meet deadlines.

• Prepare daily and weekly progress reports.

• Troubleshoot and resolve electrical and instrumentation issues.

• Ensure availability of materials, tools, and manpower.

• Conduct toolbox talks and safety briefings.

• Maintain documentation and as-built drawings.

Requirements:

• Diploma or degree in Electrical or Instrumentation Engineering.

• 5+ years of supervisory experience in E&I works.

• Strong knowledge of control systems, PLCs, and instrumentation.

• Familiarity with industrial safety standards and electrical codes.

• Ability to read electrical schematics and technical drawings.

• Strong leadership and team management skills.

• Experience in oil & gas or construction projects preferred.

• UAE experience and driving license are an advantage.
