Key duties include collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize website content, design, and user experience, analyzing market trends and competitors to identify opportunities for improvement, managing digital marketing campaigns, and overseeing product listings and inventory management. The E-commerce Senior Specialist will also be in charge of monitoring and improving key performance indicators such as conversion rates and customer engagement metrics. The successful candidate should possess a strong understanding of e-commerce platforms, SEO best practices, and digital marketing techniques. Strong analytical and communication skills are essential. Responsibilities

  • Implement SEO strategies to improve search engine rankings and drive organic traffic.
  • Work closely with customer service teams to address any e-commerce related inquiries or issues.
  • Provide regular reporting and analysis of key performance metrics to stakeholders.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, E-commerce, or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in E-commerce operations, with a focus on driving sales and revenue.
  • Strong understanding of online marketing strategies and e-commerce platforms.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and interpreting e-commerce metrics to drive business growth.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
