Monitor delivery operations, including tracking shipments, coordinating with drivers, and resolving any issues or delays.
Collaborate with sales and customer service teams to ensure accurate order processing and address customer inquiries or concerns.
Maintain accurate delivery records and documentation, including proof of delivery, invoices, and vehicle maintenance logs.
Analyze distribution data and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement cost-saving measures.
Stay informed about industry trends, regulations, and technologies related to distribution and transportation.
Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
Proven experience as a Distribution Manager or similar role, with a strong track record of successful distribution operations.
Excellent knowledge of distribution and transportation processes, regulations, and best practices.
Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
