Job Description
The Designer (AutoCAD and 3Ds Max) is responsible for creating and designing architectural plans, layouts, and visualizations using AutoCAD and 3Ds Max software. This role requires creativity and attention to detail, as well as proficiency in the mentioned software.
Responsibilities
- Create detailed architectural plans and drawings using AutoCAD software.
- Design and create 3D models and visualizations using 3Ds Max software.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and clients to understand project requirements and objectives.
- Present design concepts and proposals to clients.
- Make revisions and adjustments based on feedback and client requirements.
- Ensure accuracy and quality of all design work.
- Stay updated with latest design trends and software advancements.
- Collaborate with the production team to ensure timely completion of projects.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Design, or a related field.
- Proven experience in using AutoCAD and 3Ds Max software.
- Strong understanding of architectural design principles.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work with precision.
- Creativity and ability to think outside the box.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Time management skills and ability to meet deadlines.
