Job Description

The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support via various communication channels such as phone, email, and chat. This role requires assisting customers with inquiries, resolving complaints, and providing information about products and services. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a customer-focused mindset. Duties include managing customer accounts, processing orders, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The Customer Service Representative must also maintain accurate records, follow company policies and procedures, and escalate complex issues when necessary. Prior experience in a customer service role and proficiency in using customer service software and systems are preferred. Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries and provide information about products and services.
  • Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within a timely manner.
  • Process orders, forms, applications, and requests from customers.
  • Assist customers with product selection, placing orders, and tracking shipments.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
  • Build sustainable relationships with customers and address their needs effectively.
  • Keep records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively assist customers.
  • Collaborate with other departments to address customer issues and improve overall customer experience.
  • Meet or exceed customer service performance goals and targets.

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Strong problem-solving abilities
  • Customer service experience preferred
  • Proficiency in using customer service software and tools
