We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Care Specialist to provide exceptional support and assistance to our clients. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience.


Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
  • Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies.
  • Resolve customer complaints efficiently and escalate complex issues when necessary.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and feedback.
  • Assist in processing orders, returns, and refunds.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance customer experience and suggest improvements.


Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree is a plus.
  • Proven experience in customer service or a similar role.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong attention to detail and a customer-centric approach.
  • Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends if required.
