Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Customer Care Executive to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The Customer Care Executive will interact with customers via phone, email, and chat to offer support and guidance, as well as escalate issues as needed. Strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a customer-focused mindset are essential for success in this role. The candidate should also possess patience, empathy, and a proactive approach to ensure a seamless customer experience. Prior experience in customer service or a related field is preferred. Responsibilities

  • Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a professional and timely manner.
  • Providing product information and resolving customer complaints or issues.
  • Processing orders, returns, and exchanges efficiently and accurately.
  • Maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction by building rapport and relationships with customers.
  • Identifying and escalating priority issues to the appropriate team members for resolution.
  • Keeping accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Following up with customers to ensure their issues are fully resolved.
  • Upselling or cross-selling products and services to customers when appropriate.
  • Collaborating with other team members to improve overall customer service and experience.
  • Staying current on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers.


Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in any field or equivalent work experience.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to remain calm and courteous in high-pressure customer situations.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other customer service tools.
  • Prior experience in a customer service role is preferred but not mandatory.
