Job Description

As a CSSD Technician, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness, sterility, and proper assembly of medical instruments and equipment in healthcare settings. You will play a critical role in preventing infections and maintaining patient safety.

Responsibilities

• Decontaminating, cleaning, and sterilizing medical instruments
• Inspecting and testing equipment for proper functioning
• Assembling instrument trays and packs
• Maintaining accurate records of sterilization processes
• Adhering to strict safety protocols and guidelines

Candidate Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Certification as a Sterile Processing Technician (preferred)
• Knowledge of sterilization techniques and equipment
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
