Job Description
The Cosmetics Sales Specialist is responsible for promoting and selling cosmetic products to customers. Responsibilities
- Assist customers in selecting cosmetic products based on their needs and preferences.
- Provide product demonstrations and samples to encourage purchase decisions.
- Explain features, benefits, and usage instructions of cosmetic products.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and goals.
- Upsell and cross-sell additional beauty products to maximize sales.

- Build and maintain relationships with customers to promote repeat business.
- Attend training sessions and product knowledge seminars to enhance expertise.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proven experience in retail sales, preferably in the cosmetics industry.
- Strong knowledge of cosmetic products, ingredients, and application techniques.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
